Messy but Miraculously Redeemed Sinner

“Come now, let us reason together, says the Lord: though your sins are like scarlet, they shall be as white as snow; though they are red like crimson, they shall become like wool.” Isaiah 1:18

“In him we have redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of our trespasses, according to the riches of his grace,” Epheisans 1:7

My name is Cody Nall. I am a messy but miraculously redeemed sinner.

Messy sinner. I am messy sinner because I sin and make mistakes over and over again. In the world of sin, I am the girl that colors crayons all over God’s beautiful white wall.

Miraculously redeemed. I am redeemed because God sent His only son, Jesus, to die and cover up my sins and mistakes. Every day Jesus graciously paints over my sin like a Tide-to-Go stick before God sees me.

So, when God sees me, he sees this miraculously white wall; not the crayon-coated, rainbow mess that I make daily. Do you ever feel lost in rainbow of sin, like me? Well, hear this good news: every day, we allow Jesus to come into our hearts. We accept him. He paints our hearts white as snow. And for that we praise Him; for we have a great Mediator, Savior, and Friend.
